Oceanfront - The only thing between you and the Atlantic are the sand dunes and the breeze between them.

Semi-Oceanfront - These lots are one lot back from the oceanfront.  Some semi-oceanfronts are contiguous with the oceanfronts; others require you to cross a road.

Oceanside - East of Ocean Trail/Route 12.  Distance to the ocean varies.

Soundfront - No home between you and the Currituck Sound. Beautiful sunsets and water views are yours alone.

Soundside - West of Ocean Trail/Route 12.  Distance to the sound varies.

Buck Island - Conveniently located to TimBuck II Shopping Village and Monteray Plaza for shopping and dining.

Corolla Light - Located on a narrow stretch of land between the Atlantic Ocean and Currituck Sound.

Corolla Village - A onetime fishing and hunting community, Corolla Village is home to the
Currituck Beach Lighthouse.

Crown Point - Crown Point is conveniently located near TimBuck II and Monteray Plaza shopping areas.

Currituck Club - Nestled in a pristine maritime forest along the Currituck Sound and is known for its championship Rees Jones golf course.

Ocean Hill - A very private community, giving you the peace and solitude you deserve.

Ocean Lake - Ocean Lake is a small community located within Ocean Sands.

Ocean Sands - Cul-de-sac roads lead you to the quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

Pine Island - Pine Island is situated between the Atlantic Ocean and the Audubon Wildlife Refuge.

Villages at Ocean Hill - Wide lovely beaches are perfect for your family and friends.

Whalehead Beach - Whalehead Beach, known for its large lots, wide beaches and family atmosphere, is a long time favorite.
