New Properties for 2012! Each year we are excited to announce new properties that have come on board for the new year. In continuing our philosophy of being "Deliberately & Selectively Smaller", we are very selective in the properties that we add to our management program. Our focus is always on having the best customer service on the beach, and the quality of our homes always takes precedence over quantity.
