Locations: Click on location or area for list of properties. Oceanfront - The only thing between you and the Atlantic are the sand dunes and the breeze between them. (Please note that some of our homes are described as Second Tier Oceanfront. These are oceanfront lots which are somewhat staggered. Envision the black and white keys on a piano's keyboard. These lots are the white keys.) Semi-Oceanfront - These lots are one lot back from the oceanfront. Some semi-oceanfronts are contiguous with the oceanfronts; others require you to cross a road. Oceanside - East of Ocean Trail/Route 12. Distance to the ocean varies. Call us to ask our staff about a particular house for its distance. Soundfront - No home between you and the Currituck Sound. Beautiful sunsets and water views await. Soundside - West of Ocean Trail/Route 12. Distance to the sound varies. Again, please ask our staff about a particular house's distance from the water.  Neighborhoods Include:: Buck Island - Conveniently located to TimBuck II Shopping Village and Monteray Plaza for shopping and dining. Corolla Light - Located on a narrow stretch of land between the Atlantic Ocean and Currituck Sound. Corolla Village - A onetime fishing and hunting community, Corolla Village is home to the Crown Point - Crown Point is conveniently located near TimBuck II and Monteray Plaza shopping areas. Currituck Club - Nestled in a pristine maritime forest along the Currituck Sound and is known for its championship Rees Jones golf course. Ocean Hill - A very private community gives you the peace and solitude you desire. Ocean Lake - Ocean Lake is a small community located within Ocean Sands. Ocean Sands - Cul-de-sac roads lead you to a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Pine Island - Pine Island is situated between the Atlantic Ocean and the Audubon Wildlife Refuge. Villages at Ocean Hill - Wide lovely beaches are perfect for your family and friends.
