The rec room is equipped with a pool table, foosball, 2 tvs, vcr, dvd, stereo with cd, Double sleep sofa, a wet bar with full fridge, a workout area with 3 machines and free weights, a sauna, and a half bath. A dumbwaiter makes easy work of moving luggage and groceries to the upper floors. There is a room with 2 Singles that has direct access to the pool area, a room with 2 Bunk sets and 2 Trundles, and a full hall bath. Both bedrooms have a flat-screen tv with vcr and dvd.

Mid Level: The grand entrance foyer with a curved stairway opens to a handsome den with a desk overlooking the ocean and equipped with a fax machine, copier, internet access, and a small tv. There are 4 King mbrs; one has a whirlpool, a dual head tiled shower and a stereo with cd, all have tvs with vcr and/or dvd, and all have deck access. The laundry has 2 washers and dryers, and there is a half bath near the den.

Top Level: The great room has walls of windows facing east and west affording spectacular views of the ocean on one side and the marsh and sound on the other. A large flat-screen tv, with vcr, dvd, and surround sound stereo with cd, is mounted over the gas fireplace with floor to ceiling stone surround, and there is plenty of comfortable seating. Enjoy watching the sun set over the marsh while dining at the formal table seating 12. Catch the warm southwest breezes on the screened porch. Cooks will love the spacious kitchen overlooking the ocean.
