The expansive deck, which wraps around the house, provides both shaded and sunny areas, and a hot tub for 8. The bright and spacious kitchen has a skylight over the tiled island with a cooktop, a walk-in pantry with a 2nd refrigerator, and a wet bar with butcher block countertop, icemaker and an eat-at bar seating 4.
