Ground Level: Features a rec room with sleep sofa, bumper pool/game table, a foosball table and tv/vcr/dvd. You will find it further equipped with a wet bar, bar fridge and microwave for your convenience. There is a room with Duobunk and Bunk set and a full bath, and a mbr with 2 Singles - one with Trundle. The private pool which is gated from the home's decking, is nicely surrounded by a lawn and offers a convenient area with a bar fridge, surround sound system, two charcoal grills and two picnic tables. The hot tub is located in the pool area. You will find a walkway to community areas just outside your gate.

Mid Level: Has 3 master bedrooms: 2 King mbrs - one with a whirlpool tub, and a mbr with 2 Singles. There is also a sitting room/library on this level with a private deck that offers views of the lighthouse. All bedrooms on this level are provided with tv/vcr/dvds.

Top Level: You will find a large, open great room. The kitchen has an icemaker, wine cooler and dumbwaiter for your groceries and luggage (save your back!). The dining table seats all 12 of your friends and family. The living area has a built-in entertainment center with 47 in. flat-screen tv, vcr, dvd, stereo, surround sound and a gas fireplace. There is also a Queen mbr. The ship's watch offers you a place to read, enjoy views of the ocean or just contemplate life.
