We'd be willing to bet there's no college course that can prepare you for the experience you'll have staying in this fun oceanfront home!!! There's something for every level of the educational ladder from the pre-schoolers to the headmaster.

Ground Level: Has 2 rooms each with a Duobunk and a full bath. Then you can relive the late nights at the student center as you enjoy the rec room that's fully loaded with a pool table, foosball, a kitchenette, and a half bath with direct access to the pool. The pool deck has a private entrance to the beach access walkway.

Mid Level: Features a King mbr with garden tub and private deck, another King mbr and a Queen mbr, each with fabulous ocean views, and a Queen room and full bath.

Top Level: You will find the great room with gas fireplace, entertainment center with 36 in. surround sound tv/dvd and a wet bar with mini-fridge. Add to that a kitchen with 2 dishwashers, a dining area that seats 17 people complete with ocean view, another King mbr, half bath and a hot tub on a private deck with a direct view of the ocean.

Amenities: Private pool - available 5/6 to 10/14/2012, hot tub, gas fireplace, 7 tvs (1 36 in. w/surround sound), 5 dvds, 5 vcrs, 2 stereos, surround sound, 2 refrigerators, wet bar w/mini-fridge, 2 dishwashers, pool table, foosball, gas grill.
