Ground Level: Has a rec room with pool table and wet bar and is accessible to the pool area w/picnic table. A room with Duobunk and Trundle and Bunk set are on the ground floor along with a full bath.
Mid Level: Provides a King mbr, semi-private King mbr, a Queen bedroom, a room with Duobunk and Trundle and full bath. The hot tub is on this level's eastern deck. The laundry is also on this level.
Top Level: Has a King mbr with whirlpool. There is a large and airy great room with gas fireplace, dining and kitchen area. There is a raised loft for great views and a half bath. PI36/Palm Pines is across the street. These 2 homes are perfect for family reunions.
