Extras include new high tech electronics, updated kitchen and bathrooms, a hot tub, gas grill and private soundfront pool only 60 ft from the sound. Enjoy wildlife, watersports and crabbing.
Ground Level: Spacious, redecorated rec room features air hockey, large flat-screen 46 in. tv, Blu-ray dvd player and kitchenette with access to pool. A bedroom with 2 Singles and a full bath, are also on this level.
Mid Level: Enjoy romantic sunsets from 2 King mbrs with access to a spacious deck overlooking sound and pool. Each master suite features a flat-screen tv with integrated dvd player. Also on this level are a full bath, laundry room, and 2 additional bedrooms, each with a Bunk set and a Single.
Top Level: Spacious great room features sweeping views of the sound, access to extensive decking, a surround sound home theatre system featuring Blu-ray dvd and 42 in. tv, three comfortable sofas, a large dining table seating 12, and an updated kitchen with new cabinets, floor and fixtures, with breakfast bar.
