Ground Level: The rec room with a wet bar, full fridge, tv/vcr/dvd, stereo with cd, and pool table, opens to the expansive pool area with a built-in hot tub. The den has a large flat-screen tv. There is a room with 2 Duobunks and tv/vcr/dvd, a full bath, and the laundry with 2 washers and dryers.
Mid Level: There are 2 King mbrs, each with a whirlpool tub. A room with a Queen and a room with 2 Queens share a full hall bath. All bedrooms have tv/vcr/dvd and open to the oceanfront deck.
Top Level: Panoramic ocean views are yours from the window-lined great room equipped with a gas fireplace with handsome stone wall surround, tv/vcr/dvd, stereo with cd, and 2 spacious dining areas with seating for the whole crowd. The recently enlarged kitchen has double appliances and an island bar with 4 seats. There is also a King mbr with a whirlpool, tv/vcr/dvd, and a private deck.
