Happy As Clams~Ocean Sands Outer Banks Rental House

We are very excited to welcome Happy as Clams to our program for 2011! This great oceanfront home features fantastic ocean and sky vistas from the wall of windows in the great room and a plethora of popular amenities including being a wheelchair accessible home, an elevator, pool table, and solar heated private pool. Your whole family will be “happy as clams” when they discover this great beach house!

Ground Level: The rec room is well equipped with a pool table and nearby tv; a wet bar with microwave, undercounter icemaker, and full size fridge; comfortable seating with a second tv, vcr, and dvd; and access to the fully fenced and gated pool area with a half bath and the hot tub. There is a room with 2 bunk sets and a room with 2 singles that share a full hall bath.

Mid Level: There is an open den providing a home theatre w/ tv, dvd and stereo. There are 3 King MBRS each of which has a tv and dvd; two of these masters are oceanfront with deck access, and one of these has a whirlpool and tiled walk-in shower.

Top Level: Enjoy your views from the light filled comfortable great room furnished with leather sofas along with a gas fireplace, a home theatre system with tv, dvd and stereo with cd. The dining table seats 10 while the adjacent kitchen bar seats 4. The spacious and well equipped kitchen has granite countertops, 2 dishwashers, and a wet bar. Plenty of space for multiple cooks! There is a half bath and a 4th King MBR with a tv and dvd. This master bathroom is handicap accessible with a roll-under sink, tile low-lipped shower with a bath seat and hand held shower head, and grab bars for the commode.
