Entertainment options abound in a rec room with pool table, foosball, ping pong, plasma tv, & kitchenette with mini-fridge. Media room includes a big screen HDtv, dvd and surround sound. Walk out to private pool and oversized hot tub.

Mid Level: This level provides 3 well-appointed King mbrs all with deck access and tv/vcr/dvds; one mbr has a luxurious bathroom w/Jacuzzi and double head oversized shower. There is a mbr with Duobunk w/Trundle and Bunkset w/Trundle. An oversized laundry room completes this level.

Top Level: This spacious open floor plan is the perfect gathering place. The beautifully decorated great room features a 50 in. plasma HDtv w/dvd surround stereo and a reading library. Wonderful ocean views and sunrises are on one side and pond views with beautiful sunsets are on the other. Enjoy a puzzle or board game at the game table.
