Ground level: Provides entry from the double carports. The hot tub is on the spacious deck surrounding the large in-ground gunite pool on the west side of the home. There is an adjoining covered cabana with seating and ceiling fans. An outdoor ping pong table adds to the fun.

Mid level: Here you will find 5 bedrooms, all with ceiling fans and deck access. There is a Queen mbr, a mbr with a 2 Bunk sets and 2 built-in Singles, a Queen room that shares a bath with a room with 2 Doubles, and a room with 2 Singles with a nearby hall bath. There is a rec room separate from the house but accessible from the midlevel deck that is equipped with a 46" tv, comfortable seating, a stereo, microwave, refrigerator, game table and games.

Top level: The window lined great room has lovely oak parquet floors, wonderful ocean views, a gas fireplace and entertainment center, and a raised ship’s watch with a wet bar and beverage fridge. The new kitchen has granite countertops and is equipped with 2 sinks, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, and a wine cooler. A large picnic table is located on the covered deck off the dining area. There is a King mbr on this level with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub with bubble jets. Sundecks provide additional space for enjoying the views with family and friends.
