Once you arrive in Corolla’s newest community, Corolla Bay, you’ll know your “Naut in Kansas” anymore! From the well thought out floor plan to the luxury appointments and its short stroll to the beach; this lovely villa will be your home away from home year after year.
Ground Level: Enter into the rec room which provides a foosball table, 42” HDtv with dvd and a bistro table and chairs. You’ll also find a Queen room with 26” flat screen tv/dvd, a full bathroom and access to the private courtyard with hot tub.
Mid Level: Here you will find a beautiful King mbr w/ 32” flat screen tv/dvd and deck access. There is another bedroom with a DuoBunk and 26”flat screen tv/dvd that shares a full bath with a King bedroom w/ 26” flat screen tv/dvd. The laundry room is also located on this level.
Top Level: The top level of this home is dedicated to living space…you will find a beautifully decorated great room with electric fireplace, 46” HDtv w/ Blu-Ray player, surround sound and deck access. There is also a well-appointed kitchen, dining area and half bath rounding out this level.
