Mid level: Has 4 bedrooms, all with tv and deck access, and the laundry. A King mbr with a vcr and stereo/cd has a small private deck off its bath overlooking the pool and a 2nd deck facing east. There is a Queen mbr, and a room with 2 Singles that shares a full hall bath with a room with a Duobunk and Trundle. The hot tub is on this level’s deck overlooking the pool.

Top level: The handsome great room features hardwood floors and nice ocean views, and is equipped with tv/vcr/dvd, stereo/cd with indoor/outdoor speakers and gas fireplace. The dining table seats 10, with 2 at a small table nearby and 5 at the kitchen bar. The roomy kitchen has an undercounter icemaker, and there is a gas grill conveniently located out on the deck. This level also has a half bath and another King mbr with tv and small private deck off its bath overlooking the pool and a 2nd deck with an ocean view.
