Imagine… it’s 6 a.m. and you are alone on your deck gazing out over the Atlantic enjoying your favorite cup of coffee. The air is salty and crisp and the sun is just breaking the horizon. You have all day to relax and enjoy this amazing “Ocean Vista.”
Ground Level: Features a rec room with a 46" flat screen tv, an X-Box 360 with Kinext and a comfortable wooden bench for seating. There is a room with 2 Singles, tv and dvd, a full bath and the laundry area. Step outside to a completely gated pool area and walkway to the beach.
Mid Level: Offers 4 bedrooms: 2 King mbrs, each with whirlpool tubs, tvs and deck access. There is another room with a King and tv that shares a bath with a room with 2 Duobunks, tv and dvd player. You’ll also find the hot tub on the southeast deck.
Top Level: Enjoy fantastic vistas from a lovely great room with tv/dvd and stereo with cd. You’ll love the kitchen that includes stainless appliances (2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, large Jenn-Air fridge, microwave and undercounter icemaker). There is seating for 6 at the bar in the kitchen and the dining area offers a table for 12 people. Also on this level is a lovely King mbr with whirlpool, tv and deck access. Rounding out this home is a half bath and den with sleep sofa, tv/vcr and Yamaha keyboard.
