Ground Level: Game room with sectional sleep sofa, pool table, foosball, 50 in. plasma tv, vcr, wet bar and refrigerator, surround sound stereo, a Queen mbr and a bedroom with Duobunk and a Single that has a semi-private bath. The bath is accessible from pool area.

Mid Level: Has 2 King mbrs, a Queen mbr, and a Queen room that shares a bath with a room with a Double futon. All bedrooms have tvs.

Top Level: You will find a King mbr and a great room with beautiful views, gas fireplace, a 36 in. tv, dvd and surround sound. The dining room table accommodates 16 with additional seating at island and a second table. The hot tub overlooks the ocean from this level's deck.
