Ground Level: The spacious family/media room has a glass wall, which extends the family room to the pool area. A built-in entertainment center with books and tapes surrounds the 60 in. HDtv, dvd and home theatre w/surround sound. There is a mbr with 2 Bunk sets and Trundle. Down the hall you will find a game room with antique pool table, shuffleboard, air hockey, foosball, tv and stereo. There is a kitchenette with icemaker, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and coffeemaker. There is also a laundry room on this level. A Queen mbr overlooks the pool and its bathroom has a steam shower and sauna. The ground and mid levels both have 10 foot ceilings. The private pool and hot tub are located between the manor house and dune. There is a private walkway, outside the pool gate, to the beach. The garage has ping-pong, several bikes and a kayak.

Mid Level: 120 year old heart pine floors enhance the sitting room, 3 King mbrs and mbr with 2 Singles on this level. The sitting room/media room offers breathtaking views of the ocean and overlooks the pool. The French doors offer privacy if desired.
