Ground Level: The rec room has a pool table which can be converted to a ping pong table, tv with vcr/dvd/cd, stereo, kitchenette with full fridge, Queen sleep sofa, and opens to the pool area with a gas grill and 2 park grills. A King mbr with tv, vcr/dvd/cd, and a semi-private mbr with 2 Singles with tv and vcr, both with double vanity, and the laundry are on this level.

Mid Level: There is a King mbr with tv, dvd and a private deck, 2 Queen mbrs with tv, vcr and access to the deck with a hammock and the hot tub, a mbr with a Duobunk and Bunk with Trundle and tv. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, and most have double vanities.

Top Level: Marvelous ocean views are yours from the large great room with gas fireplace, big screen tv, vcr/dvd/cd, stereo, surround sound, a huge movie library, computer with printer, fax machine, and wireless internet. A raised ships watch has built-in bench seating for enjoying the endless view. The big, well-equipped kitchen has Corian countertops and 4 bar seats. The dining table seats 10, and a nearby glasstop table seats 4. There is a screened porch with table and chairs; the sun deck has built-in benches, and a King mbr with tv, vcr/dvd/cd and double vanity has a private deck with a lovely ocean view.
