To appreciate what Sea La Vie is all about, it's best to understand what being on vacation means to its owners. Originally Sea La Vie was going to be named "Life is Good Today," inspired by the song, "Toes," by the Zac Brown Band. It turns out 7 other houses stole its thunder. So, "Life is Good Today" will have to serve as the subtitle to Sea La Vie. Vacation is really all about creating a mindset far away from everyday life. One that's hassle free, where you can truly leave the daily grind behind and mentally detach from the real world. Sea La Vie was designed with the intention to create that atmosphere for its guests.

It has happened to everyone at some point, you arrive to your rental after a long drive and come to find out that the house isn't entirely as advertised. Or maybe the rental description of the house was hyped a little more than it deserved. That can easily start a vacation off on the wrong foot. There is a big difference between walking into a beach house for the first time and saying, "This is Really Nice!" and on the flipside, saying, "Oh, okaaaay...." Sea La Vie was completely renovated, refurnished, and redecorated from top to bottom in 2011. The idea was to create an environment where you walk in and say, "Sweet….Hellllooooo Vacation!" because that sets the mood for the entire stay.

Situated on a Corner Lot with direct beach access about a 2 minute walk from the property (1 ½ blocks), Sea La Vie sleeps 22 people - 9 Bedrooms, 8 Full Baths, and 2 Half Baths. Whether you are basking in the sun by the Private Pool, preparing a feast in the Upscale Kitchen, or enjoying the Sweeping Panoramic Views of the ocean, sound, and sky from the Roof Top Deck, you will find yourself proclaiming “This is the Life!”
