Wide open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen and all bedrooms with master baths make this house a favorite with families and groups. Ground level: A semi-private Queen mbr with tv/vcr, shares its bath with the extra large rec room with ample seating, pool table, foosball, ping pong table, tv/dvd/cd, a wet bar with microwave and full fridge, washer and dryer, and direct access to the pool deck with the hot tub and two grills. Outside the pool fence you will find a professionally landscaped yard with the grass volleyball court and a basketball goal by the driveway.

Mid level:There are 2 King mbrs on this level; one with a flat-screen tv, ceiling fan and private deck, and the other with a flat-screen tv and dvd. There is also a mbr with 2 Bunk sets and tv/vcr, and a mbr with 2 Singles, deck access, a flat-screen tv and dvd. The covered deck on this level overlooks the pool and has a porch swing and plenty of seating.

Top level:The window-lined great room features hardwood flooring, comfortable seating, a flat screen tv, dvd, vcr, stereo with tape and cd, movie and book libraries, a gas fireplace, and a powder room. The dining table seats 8 and there is an additional table seating 4 in the raised cupola loft. The open kitchen has a gas stove and plenty of work space with its island bar seating 4. There is a King mbr with a flat screen tv, dvd, and vcr, a ceiling fan, and a private deck. The sun deck with a picnic table and additional seating opens off the great room. Ocean sounds and several views of the ocean can be seen between the houses of Whalehead, while the beach itself is just a short walk from this home.
