At the ground level, you will enter the home through the rec room that offers a HD flat screen television (w/DirecTV), a Blu-ray disc/DVD player, a futon sofa providing sleeping accommodations for two additional guests and a foosball table for the high-energy game enthusiasts. You will also find a bedroom with a full-sized bed and a full bath located here. Step outside into the grassy, private courtyard and enjoy the patio furnishings for outdoor relaxing, cooking, dining, and immediate access to the community pool as well as other community amenities. And don't forget to take the opportunity to relax and unwind in your own private hot tub.

The mid level offers 2 queen guest rooms that share a full bathroom and a lovely queen mbr with a HD flat screen television (w/DirecTV), private full-bath and second story deck access. You will also find the laundry room with washer and dryer located on this level.

Proceed up the stairs to the top level and you'll find the gourmet kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite-topped counters, and cooking/eating utensils/accessories, along with just about every appliance for the discriminating chef. The dining area offers seating for 10 people (7 at the table and 3 at the bar). Step into the great room and enjoy the HD flat screen television (w/DirecTV), a Blu-ray disc/DVD player, stereo (I-pod ready), fireplace and third-floor deck access. A half bath is also conveniently located on this level adjacent to the kitchen area.
