Ground Level: A room with 2 Singles with tv/dvd; and a rec room with wet bar, full-size refrigerator, microwave, tv/vcr/dvd and Queen sleep sofa. This room has access to the pool and hot tub area. There is also a laundry room and full bath located on this level.
Mid Level: A King mbr with whirlpool and tv/dvd; a Queen room with tv/vcr/dvd and a room with 2 Bunk sets, these 2 bedrooms share a bath. A half bath is located on the landing between the mid level and top level.
Top Level: Features a custom kitchen with granite counters, dining area and great room with 50 in. HDtv with dvd and entertainment center with surround sound. A King mbr with whirlpool tub, tv/vcr/dvd and walk-in closet are on this level. Watch spectacular sunsets over the Currituck Sound from the loft!
