LCD tv with separate dvd player, vcr in game room, a kitchenette with refrigerator, game table and foosball. Walk out to the large private pool and decking with large, deluxe stainless steel gas grill. There is a bedroom with 2 Bunk sets with tv, and a full bath also on this level. Your private walkway takes you to the beach.

Mid Level: You will find 2 King mbrs each with tv and mini-stereo with cd, and whirlpool tub. A room with 2 Singles with tv/vcr and a room with 2 Bunk sets with tv share a full bath. All bedrooms have deck access and views of the ocean. The hot tub is located on this level.

Top Level: The great room has the perfect layout for a large family. The very large living room with vaulted ceilings has a gas fireplace, a 42 in. LCD tv with Dolby surround sound home theatre, stereo system with cd/vcr/dvd player. The adjoining dining area with wet bar seats 14 at the custom table with additional seating for 8 at the built-in booth between it and the well-equipped kitchen. There is a sunroom adjacent to the dining room with dining/game table with seating for 4, tv/vcr/stereo with cd and glass pocket doors offering a third gathering room. You will also find a King mbr with a tv/vcr/dvd player and stereo with cd. Beautiful views from this level's decking may include playful dolphins in the sparkling water.
