Ground Level: Offers a mbr with 2 Bunk sets, bedroom with Duobunk, rec room with pool table and kitchenette with full size fridge and a full shared bath. The pool deck, outside shower, guest storage area and grill are just right outside.

Mid Level: Has a King mbr with stereo and private deck, Queen bedroom, Duobunk bedroom, and full shared bath. The den with tv/vcr/dvd and foosball table gives the kids an area all their own. Deck access on this level leads out to the 8 person hot tub and a hammock.

Top Level: The bright and spacious great room is comfortably furnished and features flat-screen tv w/dvd, stereo, gas fireplace, dining areas, half bath and an elevated ship’s watch. The newly remodeled kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, cabinets and granite countertop and is just waiting for you to enjoy! The King mbr with whirlpool, separate shower and private deck caps off this home nicely. The gas grill and picnic table are located outside on the wraparound deck.
