Ground Level: There is a bedroom with 2 Singles, a full bath, a rec room with pool table and kitchenette with icemaker and full-size refrigerator. Access to your private pool is from this level.

Mid Level: A King mbr, a Queen mbr with wheelchair accessible bath, a semi-private King mbr shares a full bath with a bedroom with 2 Duobunks. The very large den has a Queen sleep sofa and desk with fax. There is also a powder room on this level. The hot tub is located outside on the deck.

Top Level: You will find a lovely King mbr. This level provides awesome views of the Atlantic from its living and dining areas which are surrounded by windows! There is an elevated sitting room to play a board game with the grandchildren or watch the sunset. The top-of-the-line, open kitchen with granite countertops will keep the chef satisfied and included in the fun and conversation! Just off the dining area is a perfectly tranquil sunroom.
