These are the days, my friend, you’ll hope will never end as you enjoy watching the sun rise over the ocean and set over the bird sanctuary from the expansive deck of this lovely semi-oceanfront home. Located directly across from the beach walkway, it is equipped with a plethora of amenities to keep everyone happy.

Ground Level: Has a media room with a 50 in. HDtv/dvd with surround sound and kitchenette with granite countertops, full-size fridge and dishwasher, a rec room with pool table, a den with Queen sleep sofa and tv/dvd with movie library, and a half bath with access to pool area. There is also a King mbr with tv, a mbr with 2 Bunk sets, and the double laundry. The hot tub is located near the pool and there is a large pergola providing a shaded area.

Mid Level: Provides a King mbr with tv/dvd, and a room with a Queen that shares a full hall bath with a room with 2 Singles. There is another half bath on the stair landing leading to the upper level.

Top Level: Has an open great room with spacious sitting and dining areas, a 32 in. LCD tv/dvd, a ship’s watch, the recently renovated kitchen boasting granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and 2 ovens. There is a King mbr with a tv, whirlpool tub and private deck.
