Ground Level: The rec room with tv and surround sound, bumper pool table, kitchenette w/bar sink, microwave and full size refrigerator. There is a half bath. There is an office on this level, also a King bedroom and a room that has 2 Singles. These bedrooms share a bath.
Mid Level: There are 3 large master bedrooms on this level: 2 King mbrs and a mbr that has 2 Singles.
Top Level: Features a tranquil living room, with wide screen tv and surround sound, the open kitchen and dining areas and an elevated breakfast area. A King semi-private mbr completes this level.
Amenities: Private pool (12' x 25') - available 5/6 to 10/14/2012, hot tub, wireless internet, 8 tvs, 2 dvds, stereo, 2 refrigerators, 2 microwaves, bumper pool table, unlimited local and long distance calling. Convenient to community trolley stop. Reduced greens fee at The Carolina Club, Sea Scape, Kilmarlic and The Pointe. Special Events welcome (Limit 25 guests; $1000 special event fee & $1500 refundable security deposit required for all special events). No smoking. Pets welcome($150). |
