Ground Level: Features a game room with pool table and a mini fridge. The theatre room has a 52 in. tv with surround sound and a Queen sleep sofa. There is also a sauna and a full bath on this level.

Mid Level: There is a Queen mbr with adjoining nursery with crib and Single on this level. There is also a King mbr with an oversized tiled shower, and 2 bedrooms each with a Bunk set and Trundle that share a full bath.

Top Level: Provides the spacious great room with gas fireplace, gourmet kitchen with 2 dishwashers, a Queen mbr with an oversized tiled shower, and an additional bedroom with 2 Singles with an adjoining semi-private full bath.
