Pre-Reserve | Vacation Homes on the Outer Banks

To reserve the same home for the same week in 2013, stop by our office while you are here, or call before you leave (866.453.9660). Your home becomes available for anyone to book the Tuesday after your week has passed. There is a non-refundable fee of $50 plus tax to hold your pre-reservation. If we do not receive your pre-reservation fee within 7 days, your reservation will be canceled without  notice. This fee is non-refundable and is not applied towards your rent amount. For every paid pre-reservation fee, we will donate $5 to charity. Please be aware that homeowner use takes precedence.
