You will receive an informative pamphlet with your lease agreement. You may decline the travel insurance by initialing the appropriate area on your lease.
In the case of a mandatory evacuation, guest shall comply with State or local authorities’ order. Upon compliance, Guest will not be entitled to a refund of the prorated rent for each night Guest is unable to occupy the home from Agent or Owner if Guest refused insurance offered by the Agent that would have compensated Guest for losses or damages resulting from loss of use of the property due to the evacuation order; or Guest purchased insurance offered by the Agent. Some areas of Corolla experience salty, sulfur scented and/or discolored water. Though the homes have their water professionally treated and it is potable, you may prefer to drink bottled water. Keep in mind that the water is unlike your service at home; do not expect clear and odorless water.
Pre-reservations:
To reserve the same home for the same week in 2011, stop by our office while you are here, or call before you leave. Your home becomes available for anyone to book the Tuesday after your week has passed. All other pre-reservations are taken Tuesday through Friday for any week that has passed. There is a non-refundable fee of $100 plus tax to hold your pre reservation. If you confirm your Pre-Reservation, with 1/2 the rent, by December 7, you will have $150 taken off of your rent. We will donate $5 of every fee to charity. Homeowner use takes precedence.

Construction:
The Corolla area is very dynamic in its growth. If you rent a home with construction nearby, please be tolerant as it is out of our control.
Accommodations:
All the homes we represent are privately owned and furnished. If you have certain criteria needed in your vacation, please be sure to discuss this with your reservationist prior to making your reservation. Understand that we represent well-maintained homes, which are cleaned to our high standards. However, things happen and you may experience a variety of breakdowns. Every effort will be made to remedy unpleasant situations, and to correct any problems you may experience in as timely a manner as possible. You can expect prompt and courteous care to be given to you. There will be no moves made or recompense issued due to malfunctions or other dissatisfactions.
Wheelchair/handicap accessible homes:
We have a few homes that are wheelchair accessible. No home is ADA approved. Some are equipped with an elevator, a bedroom and bath with wider doorways and a bath with grip rails. Ask your reservationist for specific details on these homes.
