Top level: The great room has an impressive stone wood-burning fireplace, skylights, a tv/dvd/vcr, a stereo/cd/tape, beautiful ocean views, and opens onto the expansive deck which wraps around the house and provides both shaded and sunny areas, and a new hot tub for 6-8. The bright and spacious kitchen has a skylight over the tiled island with a new cooktop, a walk-in pantry with a 2nd refrigerator, and a wet bar with butcher block countertop, icemaker and eat-at bar seating 4. A screened porch with table and chairs, adjoins the kitchen and overlooks the ocean. The great room has a formal dining table seating 8 and a glasstop table seating 4 which doubles as a game table. There are 2 King mbrs, both with tv and one with an extra-large skylit whirlpool. A room with 2 Queens and a room with 2 Singles and a tv share a full hall bath. The private walkway to the beach has a dunetop deck with built-in benches.
