The spacious outside recreation area includes a tiki bar with grill, stereo, tv, sink, refrigerator, putting green, bocce court, horseshoe pit, volleyball court, new pool deck, landscaping with lighting and plenty of seating! The eight bedrooms, six of which are King mbrs, make it perfect for several families or one big family reunion! Nice furnishings throughout the house. There is plenty of privacy for all.
Ground Level: Features a large rec room w/tv, full kitchenette with refrigerator, dishwasher, icemaker and sink, and a full size pool table. There is a King mbr, a bedroom w/2 Duobunks, w/tv/dvd/vcr and semi-private bath.
Mid Level: Offers 3 King mbrs, a bedroom w/2 Singles and semi-private bath, plus a newly redecorated central den w/tv/vcr/dvd, Queen sleep sofa, and game table. All bedrooms have private deck access.
Top Level: Features 2 King mbrs with private decks. The nicely redecorated great room and dining area have panoramic views. The large, open kitchen features 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers and 2 microwaves.
