What a treat! Dutch Treat is custom designed to capture magnificent ocean views. There are four master bedrooms, including 2 master suites with adjoining office/sitting rooms wrapped in windows. All of the spacious bedrooms open to the ocean decks, have tv/vcrs and sitting areas. The master bedrooms also feature individual in-wall sound systems, so bring your cd's. Wired and wireless broadband internet is provided on all levels for your laptop computers. Equipped with an elevator, this wheelchair accessible home is colorful and stylishly decorated.
Ground Level: Enjoy the pool side rec room with surround sound audio visual system, wet bar, ice maker, full refrigerator and microwave. The well secured pool patio features an L-shaped lap pool with toddler play area and hot tub. A Queen mbr opens to the pool area. There is also a room w/3 Bunk sets and a hallway bath.
Mid Level: Has a King mbr with an adjoining office/sitting room with great ocean views and a bath with deluxe multi head shower; Queen handicap mbr w/whirlpool, sunset balcony and direct access to beach walkway; a room w/Queen and Single and a room w/Double and Single that share a bath w/whirlpool.
Top Level: Expansive great room with panoramic views has a large entertainment center with wide screen rear projection tv/vcr/dvd/cd with surround sound and gas fireplace. Overlooking the great room is the breakfast bar and spacious kitchen w/2 dishwashers. Ocean views can be enjoyed in the dining room, which has an ajoining den w/tv/vcr, game table and sunset deck. There is a King mbr w/adjoining office/sitting area and a half bath.
