Ground Level: Enter on the ground level from covered parking to the rec room with pool table, home theatre with 50" plasma HDTV and surround sound, stereo w/cd and outdoor speakers, kitchen w/wet bar and full-size refrigerator. Sliding doors lead outside to the private pool and hot tub. This floor features a Queen mbr, a room w/a Duobunk and a Bunkset and a full bath.

Mid Level: Features 3 Queen mbrs and w/an adjoining room with a Bunkset. All bedrooms have access to decks. The laundry is also located on this floor.

Top Level: Enjoy a spacious, bright great room w/ vaulted ceilings and gas fireplace. Entertainment center with tv/vcr/dvd and stereo. There is a well-equipped kitchen w/gourmet features, an elevated ship's watch, and dining room with panoramic views. A large deck wraps around 3 sides of the house and offers exceptional ocean views.
