For the less energetic, catch a snooze in the mid-level deck hammock, all while vacationing in this spacious oceanside home.

Ground Level: Features a large rec room w/kitchenette, wet bar, pool table and foosball with a separate area hosting a Queen sleep sofa, flat screen tv, dvd player and sliding door leading to the secure pool area that provides a private leated pool and hot tub. This level also contains a full bath and two bedrooms, one with Duobunk and Trundle and the other with 2 Bunk sets.

Mid Level: Plenty of peace & quiet on this level for sleeping and privacy. One King mbr, a Queen mbr, a semi-private Queen and a room w/2 Singles. Three of the bedrooms on this level each have their own private access to the rear deck and all of the bedrooms have their own tvs.

Top Level: Features a bright and spacious great room w/tv/vcr/stereo, dining area and a large kitchen with granite countertops. There is also a King mbr w/tv and a large bathroom with whirlpool tub. You'll also enjoy deck access with awesome views of the ocean.
