The private pool is separate from the home and gated on all 4 sides. Enjoy ocean views from the top level.

Ground Level: Has a rec room large wrap around sofa, w/tv/vcr/dvd, stereo w/5 disc cd changer, pool table, a wet bar w/full fridge, microwave, wine rack. There's a King mbr suite w/tv that adjoins a private den with sleeper sofa and tv. Also on this floor is a room w/2 Duobunks w/tv/vcr/dvd and a full hall bath. The laundry is also on this level.

Mid Level: Has a King mbr w/tv, large walk-in closet and deck access. A fun surf-inspired room w/2 Singles w/tv shares a bath with a room w/2 Duobunks w/tv/vcr and dvd. Each room has a private sink vanity. Completing this level is King mbr suite with tv and features a private nursery. The nursery is equipped with a comfortable oversized sleeper chair, changing table and crib. Both the room with 2 singles and the King mbr connect to the nursery, making it a suite for a small family.

Top Level: Enter to the beautifully furnished, spacious great room with leater sofa and love seat, tv/vcr/dvd, stereo w/5 disc cd changer and gas fireplace. Your ocean views are wonderful from the great room and the elevated breakfast nook with seating for 6. The dining area is spacious and features a drop leaf table plus, extra seating at the kitchen bar. The well equipped kitchen is furnished with a desk for those who must work and 2 dishwashers. There is a half bath off of the great room. A King mbr w/tv and deck access completes this level.
