Remodeled in 2008 to include new carpet throughout, new bedding, fresh paint and new furnishings, this spacious Whalehead home has something for everyone. Play a game of billiards in the rec room, enjoy a dip in the private pool or take a short stroll to the beach. Make Parka a la Mer your new home away from home!

Ground Level: Enter into a rec room equipped with a pool table, tv/vcr/dvd, stereo w/ cd and a kitchenette with beverage fridge, microwave and sink. Step out through the sliding glass door to a totally gated private pool with hot tub on the pool deck. You'll also find two bedrooms - one with a Queen, tv/dvd and one with a 2 Singles and a tv/dvd. These two bedrooms share a full bath that is found in the hall.

Mid Level: Opens into a den with tv/dvd and four bedrooms. You'll find 3 Queen mbrs, all with tv/dvd and two of them with deck access. Also found here is a bedroom with 2 Bunk sets and a full bath.

Top Level: Features a spacious great room, dining area and kitchen. You can access the decks through a door off the dining area. In the great room you'll find an entertainment center with tv/vcr/dvd, stereo with cd, gas fireplace and a piano. Rounding out this beach escape is a Queen mbr with tv/dvd, Jacuzzi tub and deck access.
