Ground Level: With entries from either carport, the large rec room has a pool table, ping pong table, tv/dvd/vcr, radio/cd player, sleep sofa, Little Tikes play kitchen and a half bath with an exterior door for easy access from the pool or beach. The laundry is also on this level. The solar heated pool is completely fenced and gated from the house.

Mid Level: An open den with a wet bar with mini fridge and microwave, tv/dvd/vcr and comfortable seating opens to the oceanfront covered deck with a hammock, swing, hot tub and great views. There is a Queen mbr with tv/vcr, a Queen room, a room with 2 Singles, a room with 2 Bunk sets, and 2 full hall baths. All rooms except the bunk room have ceiling fans and oceanfront deck access.

Top Level: The light filled great room is designed to maximize views, not only out to sea but from one end of the beach to the other. Featuring hardwood floors, a bead board cathedral ceiling and warm natural pine woodwork, it comes equipped with a gas fireplace, tv/dvd/vcr, stereo with tape/cd, movies, books, classical cds, wireless internet, games and puzzles. There is a farmhouse dining table seating 8 overlooking the ocean, a game table for 4 with a sunset view, and a half bath. The large kitchen has an oceanfront picture window with a counter and stools, a butcher block island, an under counter icemaker, 2 sinks and a second counter with stools. This level also has 2 Queen mbrs, both with tv, ceiling fans, deck access and one with a desk and whirlpool tub.
