Ground Level: Has a rec room complete w/tv/vcr, ping-pong and foosball tables. There are 2 bedrooms with their own baths, one w/2 Bunk sets, the other has 2 Singles and Trundles. The laundry room w/fridge is on this level as well.

Mid Level: Features the main floor with an amazing great room, wet bar, living and dining areas with ample seating. The spacious adjacent kitchen has 2 dishwashers, large refrigerator and commercial gas stove. An oceanfront King mbr and Queen mbr plus a half bath complete this level. Oceanfront deck has covered double swing, Adirondack chairs and hot tub plus seating for outdoor dining.

Top Level: There is a King mbr with tv which hosts a ship's watch for glorious ocean and lighthouse views plus has whirlpool tub, sauna and walk-in closet. Queen mbr with area for crib gives a third bedroom with ocean front views.
