The Beach House is simplicity on the oceanfront. Sunny days in the ocean or pool, breezy star filled nights, seafood dinners and the laughter of family blend together for a rewarding vacation. The ease that surrounds you is beach living at its best, and this well appointed home is the ideal setting in which to make the transition from tired to inspired.

Ground Level: A bedroom w/2 Singles shares a full bath with the rec room that has a pool table and kitchenette w/ice maker and full size refrigerator. Access to your private pool is on this level.

Mid Level: A King mbr, a Queen mbr with wheelchair accessible bath, a semi-private King bedroom shares a full bath with a 2 Duobunk bedroom. The den has a Queen sleep sofa. There is also a powder room on this level. The hot tub is located outside on this level.

Top Level: You will find a lovely King mbr. This level provides awesome views of the Atlantic from its living and dining areas which are surrounded by windows! There is an elevated sitting room to play a board game with the grandchildren or watch the sunset. The top of the line, open kitchen with granite counter tops will keep the chef satisfied and included in the fun and conversation! Just off the dining area is a perfectly tranquil sun room.
