Ground level: Offers a rec room with corner gas fireplace, tv, vcr, central stereo w/speakers throughout the house, pool table, kitchenette w/full sized fridge, microwave and sink, 2 Queen mbrs, a room with a Duobunk and a full bath. The elevator is accessed through one of the Queen bedrooms.

Mid level: Features 5 bedrooms: 2 Queen mbrs - one is wheelchair accessible, equipped with wider doorways, built in seat in the shower and grab bars in the bathroom, the elevator opens to this bedroom. Also occupying this level is a semi-private Queen mbr that shares a bath with a 2 Bunk set bedroom. The level is completed with an King mbr, w/tv/vcr private deck access and great ocean views.

Top level: This level is all living space! Large open kitchen w/2 dishwashers, Jenn-Aire grill, electric stove and oven and 2 large walk-in pantries. The dining area has seating for 18, with 6 more at the bar. There is a large living area with 2 leather sofas, tv, vcr, stereo w/cd and a half bath.
