Completed in 2005, Waverly has an abundance of master bedrooms each with tv/dvd, a rec room w/pool table, a theatre room, volleyball court, horseshoe pit, 2 hot tubs (1 by the pool and 1 on the mid-level decking), optional heated pool, poolside tv, outside gas fireplace, outside shower and loo.

Ground Level: Features a rec room w/pool table, game table, wet bar and half bath. Enjoy movies in the theater room with big screen tv, Bose sound system and dvd. There is a King mbr and a mbr w/Duobunk w/Trundle.

Mid Level: Offers 2 King mbrs each w/whirlpool tub, 1 w/steam shower, 2 Queen mbrs and 2 rooms, one w/a Duobunk and Trundle that share a bath w/a room w/2 Singles. The hot tub is just outside on the deck!

Top Level: The great room includes the living room w/big screen tv w/surround sound, breakfast room, dining room and kitchen. An office with fax machine finishes off this level. On the 2nd level of the pool cabana there is a private, secluded King mbr suite with private bath, steam shower, fireplace, tv and wet bar.
