The homeowners have thought of everything to make your vacation as relaxing and rejuvenating as possible, including soothing pool heat available for just $60/night! Once you've experienced Fun in Paradise, you will want to return year after year to keep the fun going!
Ground Level: This level begins with a rec room boasting a pool table, two televisions (one offers Netflix and Amazon Prime videos), two DVD players, a wet bar with a full-size fridge, mini dishwasher, microwave, sofa, loveseat, and easy access out to the gated pool area. For extra security with little ones, there is a pool alarm on all lower level doors that lead out to the pool area. You will also find a well-appointed King main bedroom with a 32' TV, DVD player, and Netflix and Amazon Prime streaming services. There is another bedroom with two DuoBunks and a 50' flatscreen with DVD that shares a full bath with a bedroom with two Singles, another TV with DVD, and access to the pool deck. Step outside and the fun really gets going! There is a nicely size pool area with plenty of comfy lounge chairs for sunning, a picnic table, a stone top table with seating, gas grill, outdoor speakers and a hot tub on the pool deck. There is also a bar area with granite countertops and the pool can be heated upon request for $60 per night in May, June, and September! In the backyard is an in-ground charcoal grill, volleyball court and horseshoe pit and a basketball goal in the driveway. Plenty of outdoor lighting allows the fun to continue after the sun has gone down.
Mid Level: This level features four bedrooms. There are two King main bedrooms, both with 32' TVs, DVD, and streaming services. One is located on the east side of the house and the other on the west side offers deck access. You will also find two Queen bedrooms with TVs, DVD players, and deck access that share a full bathroom. Outside, on the west side deck, lounge in the privacy of the second hot tub or enjoy the screened porch on the south side overlooking the pool area.
Top Level: Offers a beautifully decorated great room with large L-shaped sofa, a 55' TV with DVD and surround sound, streaming services, and a stereo. The kitchen is off the great room and boasts granite countertops. The dining area has a table seating six, another table that seats 10, and four stools at the breakfast bar. Exit through a slider to the well furnished decks with another stone top table and plenty of seating and don't miss the crow's nest deck for maximizing ocean and sound views, as well as view of the Currituck Beach Lighthouse. The pool is open from the end of April through mid-October.
