She has grown as a “hands on” manager of reservations, maintenance, housekeeping, owner and guest services and owner solicitation. She enjoys working with people and understands the importance of commitment, communication and professionalism.   Nancy is originally from Franklin, VA and moved to the Outer Banks in 1983 where she and her family have vacationed and owned property since the 1950’s. She decided on a career in property management soon after re-locating here with Atlantic Realty in Kitty Hawk. Nancy acquired her North Carolina salesman license and shortly after became the Property Manager for Atlantic Realty. She eventually acquired her North Carolina Broker’s license. She is a member of the local, state and national Association of Realtors and the Vacation Rental Manager’s Association. Over the years, Nancy has been involved in several volunteer organizations, such as The American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce Mariner’s Drive and the OBX Marathon. In her spare time, Nancy enjoys sharing her love of the Outer Banks with her beautiful daughter, Taylor.
